As the world continues to struggle through an economic slowdown, the consumer is spending less on new equipment when their existing will suffice. Stemming from that, the development of new technology and it’s accompanying electronics seems to be slowing; we theorize that the cost of releasing new items is being amortized while manufacturers await the end of the recession.
