I have a tremendous development opportunity, and am looking for joint venture partners in a 1,700 acre planned community development near Kansas City in one of the countries fastest growing citiies. There is a Memorandum of Understanding in place with the city, and we have TIFF money for 257 acres to be zoned commercial office/retail. New Interchange under construction on US HWY 71 bisects the 257 acres, and will be completed fall '09, weather permitting.
