I have over twenty years of experience in public accounting and industry, working with both public and private companies providing quality accounting, tax and consulting services. Ø Instances of my professional successes have been featured in articles in local newspapers in California and Ohio as well as the Wall Street Journal and Accounting Today.
Ø For one individual I settled with the IRS $500,000 past due taxes for $50,000 and another I settled $100,000 past due taxes for $100.
Ø For CB Richard Ellis, Inc. I saved the company $6 million during a Sales & Use Tax audit, successfully managed the integration of the Operational Taxes and Fixed Asst Accounting departments during a major merger, reorganized the department and vastly improved the quality and professionalism of the staff, improved tax reporting.
Ø At Benton Oil & Gas Company, Inc, I created the financial and budget model, which was used in determining the financial feasibility of developing new fields.
