While at university the future founders of IN’s, Francisco and Jorge Próspero dos Santos, set course through Europe in search of global know-how; first to England, followed by Switzerland then Italy. It was the Seventies: soon they proved their worth and with perseverance they achieved top positions in commercial departments of well-known international real estate companies…
Years went by…now back in Portugal they invested, despite the recession that heralded the beginning of the Eighties, anticipating that market confidence would return to the country. With a lot of hard work, plus the advent of the European Union, they were proved right. In January 1983 a new firm was founded. Harnessing both the macro-economic knowledge gained in the years outside Portugal as well as the network of contacts they had accumulated along the way, IN’s focused on the international community and top end of the Portuguese market offering a discreet and personalised service to its CLIENTS. By 1985 it had established three offices in Lisbon, Oeiras and Estoril and it rapidly gained recognition as one of the most respected national institutions in real estate …IN´s. Private and institutional CLIENTS (embassies, banks and other institutions) have always been and remain IN’s present and future guarantee.
Now, close to reaching its Silver anniversary, IN’s continues to insist in writing CLIENT in capital letters and prides itself in offering a personalised service.
