Description:Awarded for a design of a Net-zero Leed Platium (anticipated) 17,000 sq ft. athletic and wellness facility on a private high school campus in southern Vermont. Steve acted as a designer on the project assisting with exterior design and interior design, especially focusing on the social spaces insides and out.

Title:Honor Award - River House

Description:A net zero 3,800 sq. ft. residence located in central Vermont sited at a the river's edge along an abandoned dam nestled into the forest edge. Built with site harvested stone, super-insulation and extremely high performance energy efficiency and conservation features. Steve acted as a designer on this project, assisting the design team on site, exterior and interior design. This project was completed while at Maclay Architects.
