Previous experience includes traffic engineering consulting in South Florida as Principal Transportation Manager for McMahon Associates, Inc.'s Florida Traffic Engineering Services, Vice President of Miller Consulting, Inc., Principal of Hughes Hall Inc., Senior Project Manager with Berry & Calvin, Inc., Senior Project Manager with Tinter Associates, Inc. and supervision of a traffic operations studies group for the FDOT--a position that, among other duties, required him to manage all traffic data collection personnel for District 4's Traffic Operations Office and maintain the Traffic Operations elements of the RCI database.
